At Maureen's (with Greg Masters) (2013)

At Maureen’s is a joint journal, a record of Mayer’s and Masters’ stay at the house of poet Maureen Owen in Guilford, Connecticut, from June 21 to July 18, 1980. At the time this book was written, summer 1981, Bernadette Mayer was director of the Poetry Project, at St. Mark’s Church. Greg Masters was editor of the Poetry Project Newsletter and co-editor of the poetry magazine Mag City. The two poets detail their adjustment to their new rural surroundings in this daily journal. Their joint perspective offers a detailed landscape featuring a horse, raspberries, diapers, books, and each other.
